For many years, our family farm has been an integral part of life here in Stubenbach. With a deep love for nature and our animals, we run it in harmony with the seasons, consciously, organically and sustainably.

Consistent and animal-friendly circular economy.

We have dairy cows, calves, horses, dogs and cats that are allowed to simply be animals. They are fed grass, hay and fodder from our own meadows, which we cultivate naturally – without chemicals or genetic engineering.

Our soil is fertilised only with natural manure produced by the animals themselves – so that nutrients remain in the cycle and biodiversity is preserved.

Walch organic farm

Our roots go back to 1386 – over 600 years of history, farming, and ties to Lech. From simple mountain farming to today’s organic alpine farming, a lot has changed, but the close relationship with nature, animals, and the valley has stayed the same.

Our own products from the organic farm

From the farm straight to the table – we produce many delicacies: fresh organic hay milk every day, spicy Landjäger sausages, aromatic Cabanossi sausages and juicy Leberkäse meatloaf. Everything is organic and comes from our own sustainable livestock farming.
