Spacious, cozy, and with a breathtaking view: Our "Wendelin" holiday apartment offers plenty of space for up to 4 people across approximately 80 m². It features a double bed, two single beds, and an enclosed balcony that can be used as a second living room. Bright rooms, warm wooden accents, and thoughtfully chosen furnishings make it the perfect retreat for families or friends.
The large windows and covered balcony not only let in plenty of light but also offer a magnificent view of the Lech mountain landscape. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, a cozy living and dining area, and a kitchenette ensure comfort and independence during your stay.
After active days on the Arlberg, our wellness area, next door, with a sauna invites you to relax, making your vacation in the mountains thoroughly restful.

Prices for apartments are per day and exclude breakfast. They include daily cleaning (except on Sundays), bed linen, towels, and final cleaning.
- Room reservations are confirmed upon payment of a deposit equivalent to 3 days' room rate.
- Local taxes are not included in the prices.
- The room rates include 10% VAT.
- Rooms are available from 2 p.m. and we kindly ask you to vacate them by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Please inform us if you will be arriving later than 8 p.m.
- Organic breakfast buffet: €18 per person (children up to 14 years: €12 per person)
- Double room for single use: €140 per day in low season/€120 per day in high season
- Children's prices in extra beds: up to 4 years old: free of charge
- 5 to 15 years old: €55 per day including breakfast (€45 without breakfast)
- Children aged 15 and over €75 including breakfast in an extra bed (€65 without breakfast)
- Prices for extra beds for guests aged 18 and over €92 including breakfast
- Dogs only on request: €15 per day without food

Since the new vacation rental is located in the annex, breakfast cannot be served there. Depending on availability, you may have breakfast at Juliana. Please feel free to contact us!

We want to make it as easy as possible for you: simply enter your desired vacation dates, the number of people and rooms, and send us your request. We will get back to you personally as soon as possible. We will be happy to work with you to find the perfect room or apartment for your break at Haus Juliana in Stubenbach.
